                             The Threat of Rain

Filled with rain,
clouds drift
over the peaks

then  down
the mountain
like wooly sheep.

The jackdaw
on top of the chimney,
watches without anxiety.

For it, there is no threat.
Rain is rain.
Wet is wet.
